Quick answers before you call

Which appliances do you repair?

Refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves, and garbage disposals. Gas and electric. Front load and top load. If it plugs in or pipes in and it's in your kitchen or laundry room, ask us.

Do you work on my brand?

We service all major brands as an independent company, not as an arm of any manufacturer. Have the model and serial number handy when you call us. Those numbers are usually on a sticker inside the door or along the frame.

How soon can someone come out?

It depends on where you are and how the route falls that week. Metro areas often fill sooner than remote ones. Refrigerator problems get priority because food is at stake. Call us and we'll give you the honest next opening.

Is it worth repairing or should I replace?

Age, part availability, and how many things have failed all matter. A ten-year-old washer with one bad pump is usually worth fixing. A machine with a dead control board and a rusted tub often is not. We'll tell you which one you have.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

Clear a path to the appliance and move stored items off the top. Empty the fridge of anything already spoiled. Note when the trouble started and any error code on the display. Keep pets in another room during the visit.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell, or see. Noise, leak, error code, smell of burning. Small details help us load the right parts on the van.

  2. Step 2

    We come look

A technician arrives at your home and tests the machine instead of guessing. You hear what failed, what it takes to fix, and what we'd do if it were our own kitchen.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and check

Many parts ride with us, so common failures get handled the same visit. Harder parts we order. Then we run the appliance through a cycle and confirm the problem is actually gone.

Questions worth asking any repair company

Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.

  • 1Ask for their license numberThen verify it with your state licensing board rather than taking it on trust.
  • 2Ask for proof of insuranceLiability cover protects you if something goes wrong in your home.
  • 3Get the quote in writingIncluding the trip fee, whether it's credited against the repair, and parts.
  • 4Ask how they handle callbacksIf the same fault returns, what happens? Get the answer before work begins.
  • 5Check their own reviewsLook the business up independently — their Google profile, not just what they tell you.

Why homeowners call us

  • Western conditions, plainlyHard well water scales up dishwasher jets and water heater lines. Summer heat pushes refrigerator compressors hard. Winter garages freeze washer valves. We see those patterns weekly and check for them before chasing something exotic.
  • Brand independentWe are not tied to any manufacturer. That means we work on the mixed lineup most homes actually have: one brand of range, another of laundry, a fridge someone bought used. Same technician, same visit.
  • Steady, not rushedRushing is how a diagnosis goes wrong. We take the time to pull the panel, test the part, and read the board. If a repair does not make sense for the age of the machine, we say that out loud.
  • Straight schedulingYou get a real appointment window and a heads-up when the technician is on the way. Rural addresses and long mountain driveways are normal for us. Tell us about the gate or the gravel and we'll plan for it.
  • All major brands, gas & electricWhirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and more — as an independent repair company.
  • Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so — often on the phone.

A warm freezer becomes spoiled food. A slow leak under the dishwasher becomes soft flooring. A dryer packed with lint becomes a hazard. These problems rarely wait politely. Describe what your appliance is doing and we'll tell you what comes next. Call us or submit the quote form today.
