Homeowners' pick for appliance repair across the West

Appliance Repair in New Mexico

We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and dishwashers for homeowners across New Mexico, all major brands, as an independent shop. The state is hard on machines. Dry heat bakes condenser coils, dust drifts into dryer vents, and hard well water leaves scale inside dishwashers and water heaters. Pick your city from the list below, or call us and tell us what the machine is doing.

Questions New Mexico homeowners ask

How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let a tech in my house?

Please do check. Ask us for our business name and address, then look us up yourself with the New Mexico Secretary of State and the Regulation and Licensing Department. Ask whether the person coming out carries liability insurance. Any honest shop answers those questions without getting defensive. We'd rather you verify us than sit there wondering.

How soon can somebody come out?

That depends on your city and how the week is running. Call us and we'll give you a real window instead of a vague promise. Albuquerque and Santa Fe routes fill differently than the smaller towns do. If your fridge is warm and food is at risk, say so when you call, and we'll weigh it against the rest of the day.

Which parts of New Mexico do you cover?

Our routes reach the population centers along the Rio Grande corridor and out toward the eastern and southern towns. Coverage thins out on the remote stretches. The city pages below list where we run. If your town isn't on there, call anyway and ask. Routes shift.

What should I have in front of me when I call?

Brand, model number, and serial number if you can track them down. The model tag hides inside a fridge door frame, behind a washer lid, or along an oven door edge. It also helps to know how long the problem has gone on, any error code showing on the display, and whether the unit runs on well water.

Our water is hard here. Does that actually damage appliances?

Yes, over time. Mineral scale coats dishwasher heating elements, clogs inlet valves and screens, and builds up in water heaters and ice makers. You may see cloudy glasses, slow fills, or a dishwasher that won't dry. We clean and replace the affected parts, and we can point out what a softener would help with.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call us or fill out the form and describe what you hear, smell, or see. A noise, a leak, an error code, the smell of something burning. Small details help us load the right parts on the van before we head out.

  2. Step 2

    We come look

A technician comes to your home and tests the machine instead of guessing at it. You'll hear what failed, what the fix takes, and what we'd do if this were our own kitchen.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and check

A lot of parts ride with us, so common failures get handled on the same visit. Harder parts we order in. Then we run the appliance through a cycle and make sure the problem is actually gone.

Why homeowners call us

  • Western conditions, plainlyHard well water scales up dishwasher jets and water heater lines. Summer heat leans on refrigerator compressors. Cold garages freeze washer valves in winter. We see those patterns weekly, so we check for them before chasing something exotic.
  • Brand independentWe aren't tied to any manufacturer. That means we work on the mixed lineup most homes actually have: one brand of range, another brand of laundry, a fridge somebody bought used. Same technician, same visit.
  • Steady, not rushedRushing is how a diagnosis goes wrong. We take the time to pull the panel, test the part, and read the board. And if a repair doesn't make sense for the age of the machine, we'll say so out loud.
  • Straight schedulingYou get a real appointment window and a heads-up when the technician is on the way. Rural addresses and long mountain driveways are normal for us. Tell us about the gate or the gravel and we'll plan for it.
  • All major brands, gas & electricIndependent service on Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and the rest.
  • Straight answersSome machines aren't worth the part, and we say so before you spend anything.
