Water on the laundry floor is the call we get most from Paradise homes. Sometimes it is a split hose. Sometimes the drain pump has a sock stuck in it. Other times the drum thumps hard on spin because the suspension is worn. Valley water is mineral-heavy, so inlet valves and screens gum up and the tub fills slow. We open the machine, test the pump and valves, and check the level before blaming the load. Front-load or top-load, all major brands. Call us or fill out the quote form.

From Paradise we handle 89014, 89052, and 89074, plus Winchester, Spring Valley, Whitney, and North Las Vegas.
We'd rather you didn't. A slow leak soaks subflooring and can reach a downstairs ceiling. Shut the water off at the faucets and run no more loads. Snap a photo of where the water shows up, then call us and describe it.
It shortens the life of parts that touch water. Scale narrows inlet screens, coats heating elements, and plugs the thin pressure hose the machine uses to sense level. Cleaning cycles help. When a valve is already crusted shut, it needs replacing.
Sometimes it truly is, with one heavy rug on one side. More often the suspension is worn, so the drum swings farther than the sensor allows. Bedding washed alone is a frequent trigger. A technician can tell worn rods from a loading habit.
Most visits run under a couple of hours. Diagnosis comes first, then the repair if the needed part is on the van. Uncommon boards, bearings, and outer tubs may take a return trip once the part arrives.
Most Paradise calls get a visit within a day or two, and we hold same-day slots when a route opens up. Tell us if a fridge is warming or a washer is leaking, and we will move that one up. Call us and we will read you the next open window.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell, or see. Noise, leak, error code, smell of burning. Small details help us load the right parts on the van.
A technician arrives at your home and tests the machine instead of guessing. You hear what failed, what it takes to fix, and what we'd do if it were our own kitchen.
Many parts ride with us, so common failures get handled the same visit. Harder parts we order. Then we run the appliance through a cycle and confirm the problem is actually gone.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
Describe the fault, approve the written quote, get it fixed. Starting takes about a minute.
